Jacqui’s background is in print journalism, having completed a Bachelor of Communications at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst she spent time on the Sydney-based
Luxury Travel Magazine as an Editorial Associate, travelling and reporting on some of the world’s most exotic travel destinations.
Jacqui then spent 12 months as Assistant Editor on
INSTYLE, a trade hairdressing and beauty magazine. This has not only provided her with an abnormally large knowledge of all things great and small relating to hair and beauty, but gave her the opportunity to commission articles and focus on sub-editing.
In July of 2006 Jacqui established Evolve Publishing, which produces
style, targeting the intelligent modern women living in country NSW with thought-provoking and relevant editorial; not only focusing on beauty and fashion, but on the important issues affecting women in regional areas with features and profiles on their lifestyles, experiences and aspirations. style aims to reinvigorate ideas in country communities, to give women ownership of their lifestyles and pride in their region.
Originally from Condobolin, Jacqui returned to her country roots when she married a Tottenham boy. They now reside in Forbes, where Jacqui runs
style from a newly-opened office on Rankin Street.
Jacqui has also given the Women in Business attendees the opportunity to win a 12 month subscription to
