The Dubbo Chamber of Commerce in line with NSW Business Chamber's 10 Big Ideas to Grow NSW asked the residents of Dubbo and surrounds what their 10 Big Ideas for Dubbo were.  The Chamber was over whelmed with hundreds of ideas.  After a complicated sorting process the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce have been able to group the ideas into 10 themes and now release the following 10 Big Ideas for Dubbo.
